All Aboard! Our Fall Recital PlayDate Event is going to be amazing. We believe this may be one of the best Early Childhood Music events in the last 20 years!
What: Recital of Early Childhood Music Students and PlayDate
When: All Day, Saturday, November 10, 2018
Who: All students of Perfect Praise Music and their families and guests are invited to attend and have fun at this event.
Schedule: Four Performance Times (See the roster in the School’s Lobby) Doors open at time of event, recital starts 15 minutes later.
- 9:00 a.m. – 11:15 a.m. Performance Group 1
- 11:30 a.m.- 1:45 p.m. Performance Group 2
- 2:00 p.m. – 4:15 p.m. Performance Group 3
- 4:30 p.m. – 6:45 p.m. Performance Group 4
Attire: Dressy Casual- Students and partners will be on stage, so dress comfortable, yet semi dressy. You may change clothes between recital and play date if desired.
Refreshments: The VBC does NOT permit for you to bring in food or drink. There is a water fountain. The VBC will provide a Refreshment Cart for snack and drink purchases. They have reserved the right to not stay long, if sales don’t merit their time. So please plan to support them.
Parking: Pay to park around the VBC varies from $5 to $10. We have been warned that MANY things are going on at the VBC Saturday, so parking may be full. Arrive early enough to accommodate walking to the EAST HALL 1 if the close parking lots are full.
Bring Your Friends: In addition to this being our Christmas Recital and a fun PlayDate, it is a time to invite your friends to come and enjoy the day. For everyone who brings a friend AND THEIR PARTNER, your name will go in a drawing for a $25 Amazon Gift Card. (Parent/guardian must be present to enter.)
Participation Release Form Required: You will be receiving an emailed virtual release form to give permission for your child to participate on the PlayDate activities. Watch for it. Sign it and return virtually. Your guests will require a release also. We will have paper copies available the day of the event.
Armbands: All students who paid the event fee will be issued an armband free of charge. Students age 5 years and under will receive one armband for a partner also so that you may ride the train together. Non-student siblings and guests of all ages are required to purchase an armband for $5 in order to ride the train and participate on the inflatables.
Playdate:
- The Bridge Street Choo-Choo Train will be available for train rides for children and adults alike!
- Four large inflatable games (Sea of Balls, Castle Bounce House, 35’ Obstacle Course, 4-in-1 Sports Games)
- Face Painting
- Performing Gift for every performer
- Vendor Bingo- Visit our Vendor booths and get your card in a drawing for our door prizes.
