Why an Online Learning Piano Course for kids? Because the power of the piano for enrichment is amazing, and every child needs it.
When a young child plays the piano, every part of their brain and body is engaged. That engagement actually wires their brain differently when children are in their formative years. The wiring connecting their brain hemispheres, enables enhanced academic grades especially in the areas of Math, Reading and Science. Our Kids N Keys non-traditional piano curriculum really works for very young children, whereas traditional methods start when children are reading around age 7.5 years. But because our students are able to engage at a younger age, during the formative years, by age 7.5, they are already playing the piano in 5 keys, transposing, composing, playing recorder and guitar. And they have amazing ear training, musicianship, academic grades and are leaders in everything they do.
When children are past the formative years, piano practice still has great benefit. It produces orderly storage and retrieval of information for 4-5 hours after they practice. So, by practicing in the morning before school, children will achieve better grades.
