Troubleshooting

We understand that technology can be confusing! So in response to that, we created this page to help troubleshoot common obstacles our students face when trying to use our online programs. Below are answers to common questions we receive about our website. Look below to see if we have an answer to your question!

If you have signed up for a virtual class, you will need to know your Zoom Code to join your virtual class. When you sign up for the class, you should receive your code via Text or Email. If you forget your code or have trouble accessing your Zoom Code, please contact support at Support@perfectpraisemusic.com to get the code for your class.

At Perfect Praise, we typically host our online group classes (and some private lessons) over Zoom. While it is a great platform that allows us to reach students who would not normally be able to attend our in-person classes, it is important to make sure each student's settings are correct to ensure the best possible experience. 

Zoom automatically filters out what it considers "background noise" and sometimes that includes music. For our classes, we recommend turning on Original Sound for Musicians to create the best possible experience for your virtual lesson. Please view the document below for instructions on how to enable this setting.

You can listen to, or download our CDs and Audio files in a wide variety of places, be it your favorite streaming platform or through a distributor like iTunes, but one of the main ways to listen is through the service CDBaby. Once you have purchased digital access to our music through CDBaby you will get a code that will let you access those files on your CDBaby Account. Below we have the instructions on how to access your music from any device via CDBaby. You can start that process using this link.
