DESCRIPTION:Christmas Recitals 2025\nOur in-person recitals will be held at the Event Center at Roto Rooter\n1435 Paramount Drive\, Huntsville\, Alabama 35806\, United States \nPlease read all of this material in it’s entirety!  \nShare it with other family members.\n\n\n\nNovember 17-20th\, 2025\nOur office and all schools are closed that week.\nSTUDENTS MUST SIGN UP FOR YOUR PERFORMANCE TIME BY NOVEMBER 1st. (Except for 6 months – 4 years. See below for specifics) \nDoors Open to the Public 20 minutes before each event.\nSchedule of Events that week: \nTwo Event Types:  \n\nZoom Only- for our remote students\nIn-person Events: Traditional In-Person Recitals\n\nEvent Schedule:  \n\n\n\n\n\nMonday November 17th\,  Zoom Recital for our remote piano and guitar students\nWednesday\, November 19th in-person solos at the Event Center: 5:30 and 7:00 p.m  -Piano and Guitar Solos ages 4.5 ages to adult.\nThursday\, November 20th in-person events at the Event Center\, 5:30 p.m. Early Childhood Music students (Ages 6 months – 4 years)  and their siblings only-  (See below for more information) and 7:00 Solos for ages 4.5 years to adult. \n\nEarly Childhood Music Recital: All baby/toddlers\, 3-4 year old classes will perform together in one event. Our Early Childhood Music theme is IT’S AN INTERNATIONAL CHRISTMAS! 3-4 year old students may dress in International costume and will form a parade around auditorium at the close of their event. Note: Early Childhood Music students do NOT sign up for performance time\, as you are automatically included in the Thursday 530 event. Siblings of ECM students who want to perform in the same event\, must sign up for performance time.  \nOther Specifics for In-Person Recitals: \nAdmission Fee: $5 per person. Cash\, checks or QR code at the door.  \nDoors Open:  20 minutes before event start time.  \nCome and Stay: Out of respect for all performers\, we ask that you and all guests remain for the full recital\, expected to last approximately one hour. Please notify your guests in advance. \nAttire: Solo Performers\, ECM Students and on-stage Partners of all ECM students\, we ask that your attire be Sunday Best. Please no blue jeans or shorts. Lots of pictures will be taken and we want to all look awesome. Note:  Music N Motion students (3-4 years) will have the option to dress in International Christmas Attire and their partners in Sunday Dress or International attire also.  \nEvent Fees: All registered students of Perfect Praise Music share in our event costs\, regardless of whether you perform or not. The only exception to this guideline are special needs students\, who may not be able to perform\, and adults\, who are given the option to perform or not. \nThe event fee for our Christmas Recital is $55.00 per individual student. For our multiple sibling discount\, $100 flat for families of 2 siblings\, and  $125 flat per family of 3 or more students. This event will be offered on Thursday\, May 14th at 5:15 p.m. No need to sign up. Siblings of these students can also perform at this event but you DO need to sign up. Siblings sign up here. \nTraditional\, Solo Only Recitals: Ages 4.5 years and up. This involves solo performances and guests\, seated in auditorium style. We are offering three traditional recitals\, Wednesday\, May 13 at 5:15 p.m. and 7:00 p.m.\, and Thursday May 14th at 7:00 p.m. Sign up for Traditional Solo Recitals here. \nZoom Only Recital: Ages 4.5 years and up\, If you are a remote student\, you will sign up for the Zoom Only Recital. This Zoom only event will be offered on Monday\, May 11th at 6:00 p.m. (Central) Sign up for Zoom Recital here. \n  \nDeadline for signups is April 30th. All events must meet minimum sizes or will be merged after that date. \n\nIn-Person Specifics \nDoors Open  20 minutes before your performance time. \nOut of respect for all performers\, we ask that you and all guests remain for the full recital\, expected to last approximately one hour. We charge out discounted event fees for multiple siblings living at the same street address.  \n\nOne Family Member: $55 \nTwo Family Members: $100\nThree- Four Family Members: $125\n\n  \n\nAll Performance Fees will be charged out on your auto account  on April 1st\, along with your April tuition. If you need the payment to be separated from your tuition draft\, please email our office at office@perfectpraisemusic.com by the 25th of March and she will be happy to accommodate. \nOur policy is that if you are a registered student at Perfect Praise Music\, you will be charged the Performance Fee regardless of your plans to attend or participate in our recital. \nNo refunds or credits.\nThe only exceptions to paying this fee are children/adults with special needs (if unable to participate) and adults who choose to not participate. (If you have non-parent paying family members\, please alert them to the Performance Fee.)
