Perfect Praise Music
Considerations for Partnering with
Celebration International Schools
School Year 2020-2021
Overview
Playing the piano enhances brain-function enriching academics, specifically, math, reading and science. It lends towards higher testing scores, ACT, SAT scores, college entrance exam scores and gives greater incidence of scholarships.
So what better place to study the piano than at school?
Perfect Praise Music has been partnering with Christian Schools since 2005 and have enjoyed every minute of working with families with our piano-based Online Learning Courses and Programs. Amidst all the unusual circumstances of Covid-19, children can still take beneficial piano lessons, from the safest places on the planet … their school and your home.
This is how it may work!
Consideration #1
At CIS, a Perfect Praise Weekly Piano Video Lesson will be shown to every student via in-classroom instruction or Zoom lessons.
Ideas for how this may work:
- We would establish each classroom teacher with an individual account on our website.
- Teachers would show one video weekly to their classroom, and support group learning via flashcards, and other teaching items.
- Teachers would assign HomePlay based on the Teacher Manual and the video series
- Teachers may follow up on proficiency via in-classroom setting, Zoom lessons with your music teacher, or by parent. (No proficiency offered from Perfect Praise Music (PPI) in this consideration.
- Through Perfect Praise Projects (PPP) (once approved by our Board of Directors) some or all of the curriculum fees may be covered for downloadable/printable curriculum and download sound cards
- Parents would have the option of purchasing the Daily or Weekly Online Learning Course for at home access, at a discounted fee to be set based on further economic study.
Needed Information:
- Does each classroom teacher handle their own Online Learning for students during Covid shutdown?
- How many teachers would be need to be set up and trained?
- How many sets of hard copy curriculum will we need?
Costs to be covered by PPI, PPP, CIS, Parents or other funding:
- Teacher set up and training would be minimal and would be covered by PPI for up to 5 teachers and 1 administrator
- The curriculum can be downloadable/printable and rights may be given by PPI for student’s home use
- Teaching Materials for each classroom teacher may be made downloadable/printable with administrative costs to be covered by:___
- At school hard curriculum copies: if needed would be shipped at a cost of ____ paid for by ____
- While a great start, children still need to practice the keyboard to excel. Different options can be sought to provide even mini keyboard for home use. PPI can provide jpeg file for paper keyboard (silent practice keyboards) for the home use. (We have used them for silent practice pads for children without keyboards temporarily)
Consideration #2
Each family would be given the opportunity to enroll in the Perfect Praise Weekly Piano Video Lesson or the Daily Piano Video Series at home.

Needed Information:
- Quality of home internet to run the programs?
- Approximately many families would be need to be set up and trained?
- Will downloadable/printable curriculum work?
Costs to be covered by PPI, PPP, CIS, Parents or other funding:
